Ingredients

  1. 1/2 lbbeef
  2. 1/2 lbpork
  3. 1 lbchicken, preferably boneless
  4. 1 lbokra
  5. 2 earsfresh corn, cut into pieces
  6. black pepper to taste
  7. grated nutmeg
  8. 5 clovesgarlic
  9. 1small onion
  10. aromatic herbs
  11. splashvinegar
  12. salt to taste
  13. 1/2 cupdry white wine
  14. 1/2 cuptomato puree
  15. 1/2 cupdry white wine

Cooking Instructions

    Cut the meats, okra, and corn into pieces.

    In the pot where you will cook, add a splash of oil and sauté the garlic and onion. Continue to sauté while adding the meats.

    When all the meat is browned, add the aromatic herbs. I used cilantro and bay leaf.

    Add the chopped okra and sauté with the meats.

    Add the chopped corn and vinegar, and sauté. Incorporate the tomato puree and continue to sauté.

    Add the dry white wine, black pepper, 2 grams of sweet paprika, and salt. Cover the pot and cook until everything is tender. I used a pressure cooker and cooked it for about 5 minutes.
