I had some tender okra and corn, and I thought of using three types of meat: beef, pork, and chicken. That's how this recipe came about.

I had some tender okra and corn, and I thought of using three types of meat: beef, pork, and chicken. That's how this recipe came about.
Cooking Instructions

Cut the meats, okra, and corn into pieces.

In the pot where you will cook, add a splash of oil and sauté the garlic and onion. Continue to sauté while adding the meats.

When all the meat is browned, add the aromatic herbs. I used cilantro and bay leaf.

Add the chopped okra and sauté with the meats.

Add the chopped corn and vinegar, and sauté. Incorporate the tomato puree and continue to sauté.

Add the dry white wine, black pepper, 2 grams of sweet paprika, and salt. Cover the pot and cook until everything is tender. I used a pressure cooker and cooked it for about 5 minutes.
