Cooking Instructions

Take rice in a bowl. Wash & soak rice and in water for 15 minutes. Fry the green gram let it cool.

In a pressure cooker, add soaked rice, green gram drumstick leaves required salt & 3 cups of water. Cook it for 4 to 5 whistles and switch the flame off. Open the cooker, once the pressure released completely.

In a grinding jar, add chopped coconut, green chilli, cumin seeds and small onions. Grind to a smooth paste along with required water

Add coconut paste, turmeric powder, to the cooked rice with required amount of water.

Boil the water. Add more salt if required and cook for 10 more minutes.
