Take soaked soya chunks squeeze excess water then transfer in the jar now blend it make a fine paste keep it aside

Now in a bowl add white flour, oil mix it properly then add some little water knead a dough make a stuff dough now cover and rest for 20 mins keep it aside

Now heat the frying pan take 1 tbsp oil then add all veggies and soya chunks mixture, vinegar, black pepper powder, salt to taste saute it few minutes on high flame now reduce the flame keep it aside.

Now take a small portion of the dough make a roll thin then stuff the prepared filling now stretch and press end of portion now closed and press it properly.

Now heat the steamer grease with oil then steam it 15 mins on lower flame.

Now reduce the flame it's ready to serve it.
