Custard Powder Burfi

Take a mixing bowl put custard powder and 1 cup water mix well without lumps.

Take a nonstick wok put sugar and water mix and boil in sugar melt then add lemon juice mix well.

Then put custard mixer keep mixing until it thickens become thick then add 1tsp clarified butter mix well, then add 1tsp clarified butter mix well, then add 1/2tsp clarified butter mix (three-time clarified butter mix) then add chirongi,half quantity of pista and almonds mix well and 2-minutes cook.

Take a tray garnish pista and almonds then pour cooked custard spread evenly cool them and set in fridge for half an hour.

After half an hour cut and serve.
