At first Place the carrots and condensed milk in a dish, mix well, cover and cook on High for 4minutes, stirring once.
Now Cook, for 10 minutes, stirring 2,3 times. - 2
Continue cooking and stirring every two minutes till the carrots start slightly glossy and the moisture evaporated.now sprinkle cardamom and ghee and half the dryfruits, and raisins, and cook for a minute.
