Take 1/2-Cup Bajri atta salt in a bowl and knead a soft dough with water and make one Rotla from it cook on slow flame apply ghee and keep it whole night and next day crumble with palm in coarse form.

Heat a pan add ghee and jeera on slow flame when starts cracking add asafoetida, turmeric, dhaniya jeera powder, red chilli finely chopped hara lahsun and saute it. Now add tricolor chopped capsicum and stir continuously for a while but keep it crunchy add crumbled rotlo & salt mix well saute for awhile and turn off.
