  • 3large tomatoes
  • 1/2 teaspoonoil
  • 10 gmsGinger finely chopped
  • To tasteSalt
  • 1 tspCrushed roasted cumin
  • 1 tspdry red chilli powder
  • 2 tbspCoriander leaves
  • To tasteSugar
  • 1 tspDry red chilli
  • 1/2 tspPanch phoran

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a pan, heat it well add oil, panch phoran add chopped ginger crushed, dry red chilli.saute for 30 sec in medium flame

    Add tomatoes chopped, salt and sugar to taste, add roasted crushed cumin and dry red chilli powder.

    Garnish with fresh coriander leaves
