Easy fried canned tuna with veggies

Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 3 canstuna
  2. 2 cupsfrozen veggies
  3. 1large onion
  4. 5 clovesgarlic
  5. 3 tablespoonslemon juice
  6. Desired spices

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Boil frozen veggies or defrost. Fry garlic and onion with olive oil until cooked

  2. 2

    Add veggies to garlic and onion. Then add the tuna. fry well.

  3. 3

    Add lemon juice and desired spices. Combine well. And serve with rice
