Heat oil in a pan & add chopped onions,cook till they become translucent, now add all the ingredients & saute.

Add grinded tomato & cook for 5 minutes till they become mashy.

Now add 1 cup malai & stir constantly,cut the boiled eggs in to half & add them.stir for a second & Switch off the flame.

Garnish with coriander leaves & serve hot with chapati.
