  1. 2 cupsfresh matar {boiled}
  2. 1 inchginger
  3. 1/4 tbspeach black salt, ajwain, cumin
  4. as per taste Salt
  5. 1 cupall purpose flour
  6. 2 tbspoil
  7. as required Any type of chutney or pickle

  1. 1

    At first, grind boiled peas along with a green chilli and ginger and salt, now add red chilli powder, and salt

    In flour add salt, and 1/2 tbs oil and knead a soft dough with lukewarm water, and rest for 20 mins.

    Now make paratha stuff with boiled peas, and enjoy with chutney or pickle
