In a bowl take all ingredients and make a dough.

Now make logs of dough. And steam a steam it. Place these logs in it. And steam it for 20-25 min

Remove from steam it, and cut into peices.

Now heat oil in a wok, add all tempering ingredients, as these crackles add muthiya pieces. Cook for 3-4min. Garnish it and serve it.
