Steps

Take a mixer jar add onion,ginger,garlic,cumin seeds and tomato and make a fine smooth paste of it.

Now oil into heat add paste stir fry it till rawness goes away than add red chilli paste fry for 30 sec.now add vegetable stock into it and boil it on medium flame for 5-7 min.

Now add all the chopped vegetables and simmer it till the vegetables are cooked.than add crushed black pepper and salt.

Now add rice noodles mix ot.and simmer another 1-2 min.now it's done..garnish it with some finely chopped spring onion..serve it hot.
