Ingredients

  • 1 bunchmethi (fenugreek leaves) chopped
  • 2potatoes cut into pieces
  • 1 tspmustard oil
  • 1/2 tspcumin seeds
  • 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  • 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  • to tastesalt
  • 1/4 tspcumin powder
  • 1/4 tspGaram masala
  • 1/4 tspblack pepper powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a kadhai and heat oil and cumin seeds.add potatoes and roast them.then add fenugreek leaves,mix well.add spices and cover it for two minutes.cook till it becomes dry.serve hot.
