Steps

Take a pan, add oil fry small sized cut gobi's fry for some time take it out.

Add chopped onions, saute till it turns brown, add ginger garlic paste, salt, turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chilli powder and tomato finely chopped, mix all well.close the lid for 10 min in low flame, add fried Gobi to it and mix all, again close the lid and put in low flame to cook for atleast 10-15 minutes

Take it out in a bowl, garnish with coriander leaves.

Can have with rice or chapattis.
