In a bowl add your boiled and mashed yam then add parboiled minced meat, seasoning and spices, onion and red pp mixed them all together

Then squeeze it to ball shape

Crack the eggs and add garlic ginger and seasoning

Then put the yamball in the egge and fried it in hot oil.. Enjoy

For the tea add cinnamon, cardamon, bea leaf, star Annies, Arabian mixed fruit tea bag
