Mutton chukka
Goes well with rice and as well as idly/dosa.
Steps

First pressure cook the ingredients mentioned above in the section to pressure cook.

In a heavy bottom pan add oil when hot add all the whole spices, curry leaves. Then add the green chilli and onion.

Saute them until they turn into golden brown. Now add the ginger garlic paste and saute until the raw smell goes off.

Add all the masala powders, give it a nice mix and now add the cooked mutton pieces from the pressure cooker and save the cooked mutton water.

Cover them and cook for a while. Now little by little add the saved cooked mutton water to the pan.

It keeps absorbing. Likewise finish the whole water by stirring it and covering the pan.

When the mixture is kind of semi dry throw a splash of pepper powder and mix it.

Now turn off the flame and add chopped coriander leaves.
