  • 250 gsoftened butter
  • 11/3 cupsugar
  • 2 cupsS.R flour
  • 1big lemon rind
  • 1lemon juice
  • 1/2 cupmilk
  • 1/2 tspbaking powder
  • 4eggs

Steps

  1. 1

    Sieve flour.

  2. 2

    Combine everything in a bowl and mix on high till just combined

  3. 3

    Bake for about 45 min 180°c
