Ingredients

3 hours
  • 200 gramsbread flour (about 1 1/2 cups)
  • 77 mlmilk (about 1/3 cup)
  • 2 gramssalt (about 1/2 teaspoon)
  • 2 gramsyeast (about 1/2 teaspoon)
  • 60 mlwater (about 1/4 cup)
  • 20 gramssugar (about 1 1/2 tablespoons)
  • 15 mloil (about 1 tablespoon)
  • Ham or cooked bacon
  • Black pepper
  • Shredded cheese
  • slicesCheese sauce or cheese

Steps

  1. 1

    Knead the dough and let it rise for 60 minutes. I made a triple batch.

    Deflate the dough and roll it out. Spread cheese sauce or place cheese slices, sprinkle black pepper, add diced ham, roll it up, and cut into 6 pieces.

    Place in a mold lined with parchment paper. Let it rise again for 50 minutes. Sprinkle shredded cheese and bake at 350°F for about 25 minutes.

    Brush with some butter and sprinkle seaweed flakes after baking.
