Prepare the ingredients: Rinse the pork ribs and blanch them in boiling water to remove impurities.

Peel the daikon and cut it into chunks.

Wash and chop the cilantro; set aside.

Rinse the shiitake mushrooms, soak them in water, and slice them into strips. Rinse the dried scallops and soak them in water for 10 minutes.

Place all the prepared ingredients into the inner pot of the electric rice cooker.

Add 2 cups of water to the outer pot of the rice cooker and start cooking. When the switch pops up, let it sit with the lid on for another 15 minutes.
