Take a grinder pot add steam rice, add little water grind it make smooth paste.

Now take a bowl pour batter and add semolina, salt mix it properly, add water as required. Cover it and keep a side for 15 minutes.

Now add chopped onion,capsicum, chilli flacks, black pepper, salt mix it well.

Now heat oil in a pan add mustard seeds, green chillies, curry leaves saute little bit switch off the flame.

Then pour this tadka in rice batter, mix well, add baking soda and add little water and mix it well

Now heat a aape pan and grease with oil, pour batter in each cavities and covered it for 2-3 minutes.

Now apply little oil on top of each appe then flip all them, cover it again and cook for 2 minutes.

Now take out a plate or bowl and serve it hot with green chutney and tomato sauce. Enjoy endlessly
