Soaked rice in 15 minutes & washed it., heat oil in a kadai, put oil add mustard seeds cumin seeds finely chopped tamater put green chillies green garlic.. sauté for 2 minutes put salt red chilli powder turmeric powder..add 2 table 🥄 saizwan chutney mix well add soaked rice mixed well add 1& half glass water boiled it, after 5 minutes lid covered it in 5 minutes in slow flame, served with schezwan chutney Achar & papad.serve hot,enjoy
