Steps

At first,grated coconut

Put a pan in gas.

Put the coconut in pan and stir often roast the coconut for 4 to 5 min.

Do not brown the coconut

The roast is just to get rid of some moisture from the coconut.

Then, add rice flour and jaggery.

Start to mix them very well.

Next add grated khoya and sesame seeds in the mixture.

Saute them gently in pan non stop 6-7 min in low flame.

The jaggery and khoya will melt and mixture will slightly thicken.

Donot cook to much as then the the ladoos can be come hard.

To taste take a small portion and let it cool down a bit.

Take a plate and keep the mixture

After that,add cardamom powder on the mixture.

Next,spread a bit of ghee in your palms and taking small to medium sized portion make the ladoos.

Then,store them in an air tight container and refrigerate.

Then, serve it to the guest.
