Ingredients

as required Dosa batter
1 bowlCarrot grated
1 bowlCabbage cut finely
1/2 bowlSpring onion cut finely
3 tsp(Coriander, green chilli,curry leaves)paste
to taste Salt
1 bowlOnion chopped finely
1/2 tspmustard and cumin seeds
as required oil

Steps

Heat oil in a pan add rai jeera, chilli paste, add onion saute add remaining vegetables saute.

Add vegetables to dosa batter, Salt mix properly.

Heat appe pan grease oil put batter cover it cook both sides,gundapangalu is ready to eat with coconut chutney jeera pepper rasam
