10green chillies
chicken breast1
egg2
bread crumbs
flour
to tastesalt
to tastepepper
mayonnaise as required
cheese as required
Peri sauce2tbsp
oil for frying

Steps

Wash the chillies

Spit from the center and Take out the seeds and wash

Cook chicken fillet with salt pepper and Peri sauce

Cut it in small pieces

In a plate take out flour and if you want more crispiness u can add a tbsp of rice flour in it

Take out bread crumbs

Beat eggs

Not take a chilli put chicken in it carefully

Than add cheese

And in last fill it with mayonnaise

Now roll it on flour than eggs than crumbs.

Repeat this two times for perfect coating

Refrigerate it for perfect results

Now heat oil and fry it on medium heat and enjoy
