For tamarind chutney take a utensil pour water add tamarind, jaggery, red chilli powder,salt, black pepper, and ginger boil all untill the quantity of water become thick and half then strain it and keep in refrigerator

For green chutney take coriander leaves, mint leaves, garlic, green chilli, onion, salt and lemon juice in a mixer make a fine paste of it.keep.in refrigerator

First, take bowl pour leftover rice to it and add gram flour,salt, coriander leaves, ginger,red chilli powder, garam masala mix all the ingredients to make a dough. Make small cutlet from this dough

Now take a pan add 2 tablespoons of oil and roast rice cutlet until it's colour changes to lite golden

In a plate keep cutlets, now add boil potatoes then onion and tomatoes.

Now add green chutney, curd, tamarind chutney, black salt over the cutlet.

Now add sev, red chilli powder, red chilli powder Chaat masala over it. Rice Tikki Chaat is ready
