In a karahi heat the oil on medium high heat and saute ginger and garlic paste in it.
Add onion in ginger and garlic mixture and cook for 2 to 3 minutes or until translucent.

Add chicken and cook for 20 more minutes. If the water of chicken does not dries, then keep cooking until all the water of chicken dries.
Add 2 cup of water, cumin, coriander, salt and mix it well.

Now add yogurt and black pepper. Until the oil separates from the gravy and meat tenderize keep cooking on high flame.
Adjust the seasoning. Garnish with sliced ginger, fresh coriander leaves and green chillies. Delicious white chicken karahi is ready to serve.
