  • 10 ozNY strip steak
  • 1 tbspavocado oil
  • 2 tbspbutter
  • 1 tbspgarlic powder
  • 1 packetsazon con azafran
  • Salt/pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat up cast iron skillet! Meanwhile season steaks with garlic powder, sazon, salt and pepper.

    Add butter and 1 tbsp of avocado oil. Cook until browned to your liking... I just happen to like mine cooked well, well!

    High fat! Great for keto!
