Ingredients

  1. Potatoes
  2. 2 tablespoonsscotch bonnets
  3. 1big diced onion
  4. 1 teaspoonginger powder
  5. 1/2 teaspoongarlic powder
  6. to tasteSeasoning and salt
  7. Vegetable oil(for meat frying)
  8. 70 gramslamb meat

Cooking Instructions

    Peel the potatoes,wash and keep aside

  2. 2

    Wash the meat and put in a pot

  3. 3

    Add seasoning,salt,onion(a bit),ginger and garlic powder

  4. 4

    Allowa to cook for 10mins

  5. 5

    Fry the meat and add the scotch bonnets into the meat

  6. 6

    Fry for 5mins add 3 to 4 cups of water

  7. 7

    Allow to boil then you can add the rest of your onion cook for 15mins

  8. 8

    Serve with chapman🥰
