Cooking Instructions

Peel the potatoes,wash and keep aside

Wash the meat and put in a pot
- 3
Add seasoning,salt,onion(a bit),ginger and garlic powder
- 4
Allowa to cook for 10mins
- 5
Fry the meat and add the scotch bonnets into the meat
- 6
Fry for 5mins add 3 to 4 cups of water
- 7
Allow to boil then you can add the rest of your onion cook for 15mins
- 8
Serve with chapman🥰

I use short grain type. There is also a certain depth of flavor infused in the ingredients and rice porridge. I’m guessing the porridge is cooked in a stock instead of water and the ingredients are cooked separately before adding into the porridge.
