  1. 4-5boiled potato
  2. 4-5kashmiri red chilli raw
  3. 1 cupcurd
  4. 1 tbspcream
  5. 1tomato
  6. 1 tbspginger paste
  7. 1 tspgarlic paste
  8. 1 tspgaram masala
  9. 1 tsptandoori masala
  10. 1 tbspoil
  11. as neededOil for frying

Cooking Instructions

    Take a pan add enough oil for frying potatoes,take small size of potatoes fry them till it get golden brown

  2. 2

    Soak cashew and chilli in warm water thanGrind 2-3 cashews and chilli. Take a bowl add curd,all spices aand chilli paste and mix all ingredients

    Now take another pan than add oil and add jeera than add curd mix cook it for 10-15 minutes than add potatoes

  4. 4

    After 10 minutes if it is done than serve hot
