Ingredients

1 cupSemolina
1 cupSugar
2 cupWater
1 bowlchopped pineapple
6-8 spoonsDesi ghee
3green cardamoms
3cloves
some raisins
1 teaspoondesiccated coconut
some chopped nuts
strandsfew saffron

Steps

Take ghee add cloves, green cardamom add semolina and fry well.

Add pineapples paste and stir add sugar and cook then add dry fruits, desiccated coconut add 2 teaspoons ghee cook, well and set aside.

Serve hot.
