At first,take flour in a pot.

Put water in flour and mix it.

Knead the flour and make a dough

Make the dough soft, keep it for 15 mins.

Take the dough and roll it in one big piece.

Roll the dough by rolling pin.

Take a tawa in gas.

Roast it in tawa until it gets dry and golden brown.

Never completely dry roast.

After half roast and getting golden spot from both side

Keep it in a plate and break the bread into small pieces quickly.

If u getting late then the bread will hard.

Keep the bread pieces in a plate

Then,melt ghee in a bowl

Next,add ghee and powder sugar on the pieces of bread.

Add all the dry fruit with them.

Mix all of them together in a pot.

Knead them together again in it.

Then,knead them during some time.

At the time of knead, if u want,can add more ghee.

After knead,take small part of the mixture in hand.

Make oval shape in hand

Spread and roll poppy seeds on them.

Lastly,ready and serve tosha to all.
