Ingredients

  • 200 gmmethi(fenugreek leaves)
  • 1Aloo(potato)
  • 4red chilli powder
  • 10 garlic pods
  • 1/2 tsphaldi(turmeric powder)
  • 3 tablespoonoil
  • Pinchsugar
  • 1/2 tsp Rai(mustard seeds)
  • 1/4 teaspoonred chilli powder
  • to tasteSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Clean and finally chop Methi leaves. Cut aloo into small pieces. Chop garlic

  2. 2

    Take oil in a Kadhai add Rae, chillies and chopped garlic. After that add aloo. Fry for 2 minutes. Add haldi,Namak and sugar. Gradually add methi, fry it properly, cook till water evaporates.
