Ingredients

  1. 1big Organic carrot
  2. 1small Organic cucumber
  3. 1big Organic red bell pepper
  4. 6 clovesOrganic garlic
  5. 1fist size Organic lettuce
  6. 5 stalksOrganic celery
  7. 3 bunchesOrganic parsley
  8. Liver friendly dressing
  9. 5 tbspOrganic Apple Cider Vinegar
  10. 5 tbspOrganic Cold Pressed Olive Oil
  11. 1 pinchOrganic Ground Pepper
  12. 1 teaspoonTable Salt
  13. 5 tbspfreshly squeezed Organic Lemon juice
  14. 5 teaspoonOrganic Nectar or Honey

Cooking Instructions

    Mince all the vegetables and spices to bite size. You can also grate if preferred. Set aside at room temperature.

    Prepare the dressing by mixing all the ingredients.

    Toss the salad with the dressing.
