Spinach Stew with Chickpeas 👌👍

Wash the spinach leaves thoroughly several times and place them in a colander to drain the water, then chop them as desired.

In a pot over heat, add 2 tablespoons of ghee and the onion, and sauté until soft. Add the beef and stir well, then add the spices, a pinch of salt, and the crushed garlic. Stir them together and add 1 cup of cooked chickpeas and the spinach, mixing well.

Add 2 cups of water and 2 bouillon cubes, and let them boil for ten minutes. Remove from heat, add the lemon juice, and serve alongside rice with vermicelli and lemon. Garnish with nuts of your choice. Enjoy!
