Ingredients

  1. 1 1/2 bunchesspinach
  2. 1 cupcooked chickpeas
  3. 1/4 poundfinely ground beef
  4. 1onion, finely chopped
  5. 1/2 cuplemon juice 🍋
  6. 1 tablespooncrushed garlic
  7. 2 tablespoonsghee
  8. 2 cupswater
  9. 2bouillon cubes
  10. 1 teaspoonhot pepper
  11. Small pinch of salt
  12. Black pepper
  13. Pinchseven spices

Cooking Instructions

    Wash the spinach leaves thoroughly several times and place them in a colander to drain the water, then chop them as desired.

    In a pot over heat, add 2 tablespoons of ghee and the onion, and sauté until soft. Add the beef and stir well, then add the spices, a pinch of salt, and the crushed garlic. Stir them together and add 1 cup of cooked chickpeas and the spinach, mixing well.
