Ingredients

  • 1 cupsoaked dhuli moong dal
  • Pinchheeng
  • 1 tspfine chop ginger
  • 1/2 tsproasted cumin powder
  • 1/2 tsproasted cumin seed
  • 1/4 tspred chilli powder
  • as neededFew whole yellow chilli
  • to tasteSalt
  • as neededGreen chutney
  • as neededMash paneer
  • as neededButter
  • To tasteLemon juice

Steps

  1. 1

    Add pinch of heeng in pressure cooker add pulse, salt& glass of water

  2. 2

    Give them 2pressure & gas turn off

  3. 3

    Add glass of water & Cook open the lid for 20-25mnts in simmer flame

  4. 4

    In between stir

  5. 5

    After mnts pulse will be thick Consistency gas turn off

  6. 6

    Pour dal in dona/leaf plate, sprinkle red chilli powder, roasted cumin powder, roasted cumin seed

  7. 7

    Lemon juice, yellow chilli, butter and mased paneer..
