Ingredients

  1. 1/2 kg baby potatoes boiled
  2. 3 tbspcornflour
  3. 2 tspred chilli powder
  4. 2 tspblack pepper powder
  5. 1 tspsalt
  6. 1 tspchaat masala
  7. as neededOil
  8. 10-15garlic cloves
  9. 10-15curry leaves
  10. 1 tspred chilli sauce
  11. 1 tspgreen chilli sauce
  12. 2 tbsptomato ketchup
  13. 1 tspvinegar
  14. 1 tspsoya sauce
  15. 2 tbspshezwan sauce
  16. 1 bunchchopped spring onion

Cooking Instructions

    Boil baby potatoes..peel off and with the help of fork prick it...

    Take a bowl add corn flour,red chilli powder,black pepper powder and salt..mix together and roll this potatoes into it..take a pan add little oil and shallow fry all balls till crispy..keep aside to cool..sprinkle some chaat masala on it..

    Take a pan add oil..saute fresh chopped garlic, curry leaves and shezwan sauce...mix well..now add soya sauce,red chilli sauce,vinegar,green chilli sauce and tomato ketchup..keep on mixing it..lastly add chopped spring onions..mix well..if you feel it's too thin add the left over mixture of cornflour by adding little water to it..and add this cornflour mixture to the gravy..so the gravy vl thicken..add cripy potatoes mix very gently..

    Serve it in a bowl garnish woth spring onions..it's ready🥰😋enjoy
