Slice Chicken into thick strips. Start to heat in a griddle fry pan.Add a drench of Lime juice and cook for 5 minutes each side.

Add the garlic- pressed garlic, Black Pepper all over the Chicken. Cook for about 5 minutes, turn Chicken over, season this side and cook for about another 5 minutes.

By now the pan will be getting a bit dry, so flip over the meat and add about 200 ml of hot water to the pan, cook until dry again. Eat hot or cold in a lunchbox! Enjoy!
