Firstly put ur flour into the bowl add pinch of salt, baking powder,yeast,eggs,warm milk, knead well then keep it in hot place to rise,then take ur dough and divide into 2 making 1 biggest than other keep the small one aside and roll the big one flat,and add 1 tbs of ketchup and salad cream spread it, roll close ur dough as shown here.

And cut the dough with knife into piece then use ur hand and press them all down to flattened them as shown here in your pan or container.

And for the stuffing,here the main stuffing blended onion and scotch bonnet,blended meat or minced meat,cut cabbage,and fried potatoes,then add pinch of oil and onion and scotch bonnet stir fry few seconds,then add minced meat and spices stir fry then add fried potatoes stir it,leave it for 4mins then turn off and allow it to cool

Then pour your prepared stuffing,now do thesame with other half dough and place them into a cling film and roll it flat, carefully place it on the top of your pan or container.

Baked at Prescott heated oven of 250f for 40mins at 200-150f till nicely golden brown formed and done then serve.
