Ingredients

30 minutes
10 servings
  1. 1 cupragi flour
  2. 2 cupwhole wheat flour
  3. 1 cupsoyabean flour
  4. 1 cupchickpeas flour
  5. 2 cupdesi ghee
  6. to tastesugar according
  7. 50 gramwatermelon seeds
  8. 100 grammakhane
  9. 4 tbspgrated coconut
  10. 1/2 cupchopped almonds

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Heat desi ghee in a big karahi & deep fry the makhane. Take them out & grind them in mortal & pestal.

  2. 2

    In the same ghee,add all the flours & cook till oil spreads from corners.Stirr constantly. Switch off the flame.

  3. 3

    Add seeds,crushed malhane,grated coconut, chopped almonds & crushed sugar.Mix them well.

  4. 4

    Let them semi cool.Make small laddu from it.

  5. 5

    Serve cold or hot.
