Mix all the ingredients of sugar syrup and heat it till bubbles are formed. Simmer the gas and let it cook for 5 more mins.

Mix the ready to make gulab jamun mixture with milk and make a soft dough from it.

Make equal shape rounds using a cutter. Place the rounds overlapping with each other. Start rolling from one side to form a roll of all the equal sized rounds.

Keep this roll formed horizontally and make a cut in the middle.

From one roll two rose shaped raw gulab jamun are ready. Carefully deep fry them and soak it in warm sugar syrup.

Remember the syrup should not be very hot orelse the gulab jamun will get deformed!
