Ingredients

  2. 1 kgpotatoes boiled & mashed
  3. Add salt & pepper when completely cooled
  4. Qeema filling
  5. 1/2 kgminced mutton/chicken
  6. 2medium sized onions finely chopped
  7. 3-4 tbspfresh chopped coriander
  8. 1heaped tbsp crushed red chilli
  9. 1/2 tspturmeric
  10. 1 tbspgaram masala powder
  11. 1 tbspginger garlic paste

Steps

    Method:

    Mix dry ingredients with the mince and cook till it's completely done and the water has dried out.
    Once it has cooled, add onions, coriander and give it a good mix.
    In a tray, sprinkle bread crumbs evenly to prevent the kababs from sticking to the surface.
    Grease your hand with oil, take a small ball sized amount of mashed potatoes flatten it and fill it with qeema in the center. Cover the qeema with the sides to make a pattie and using circular motions shape it into a kabab.

    Dip in beaten eggs and fry till golden brown.
