Fry the crawfish until cooked, then remove and drain the oil.

Heat a pan and sauté garlic until fragrant, then add finely chopped chili peppers. Quickly stir-fry with 1 teaspoon of pepper, 1 teaspoon of fish sauce, and 3 teaspoons of sugar. Add the crawfish and toss well for 2 minutes.
