First make a dough. In a large bowl take 3 cup maida. Add salt as per required. Add 1 tablespoon oil. Now mix it well.

Now add warm water as per required. Now mix it.

Make a soft dough.

Now keep it aside for about 15 to 20 mins.

Take a tawa put some oil add 2 eggs and add salt as per required and mashed it well.

Now take pressure cooker add potatoes and add water as required. After 3 whistle take out the boiled potatoes and mashed it well.

Now take a bowl. In a bowl put chopped onion, chopped green chillies.

Now put salt as per required. Now add 1 tablespoon red chilli powder.

Add 1 tablespoon garam masala.

Now add mashed boiled eggs. Now mix it well.

Take a ball size out of dough.

Roll with the held of some maida.

Put the egg stuffing in the middle.

Close the filling inside. Make sure filling don't come out.

Gently slide the paratha.

Cook on low flame.

Splash the oil gently from sides on the mughlai paratha.

Cooked until both sides turn to golden.
