In a kneading bowl mix wheat flour, boiled and mashed potato,salt,carom seeds,onion seeds,spring onion 2 tbsp,coriander leaves,green chilli and clarified butter and mix well.

Make a soft dough with the help of little water.

Keep aside for 15 mins.

Grate the cheese and add coriander leaves and mix well

Now stuffing is ready

Divide the dough into balls.

Stuff the filling into the dough and roll out paratha

Grease a pan with little clarified butter/ghee and heat on a medium flame.

Place the paratha and grease clarified butter in both side
- 10
Serve hot.
