Fried Feta Parcels
A Greek dessert taught to me in Thessaloniki. Or is it a starter ?

Cut feta block into 4 square-ish pieces. About 50g each

Cut Filo sheet in half lengthwise.

Melt butter and brush onto the filo
- 4
Add a square of cheese to one end and wrap the Filo tightly around it making a sealed parcel
- 5
Repeat for all the cheese.

Heat a frying pan on a medium heat, dry with the sesame seeds. Remove the seeds when the start to smell toasted, or brown too much.

Add the oil to the pan and increase the heat a bit. When hot, add the parcels and fry, turning occasionally, until both sides are nicely brown.

Remove the parcels to a plate, cover with the honey and toasted seeds and serve.
