Add salt to chicken &cook in water on full flame for 3 mints.

Griend corrienderleaves,cinnamon,cloves,ginger,greenchillis,garlic clove,cuminseeds,cadamom,vinegar,(white rum)to a paste.

Paste is ready.

Add paste,2tbsp oil,&onion rings to the cooking chicken &reduce flame to low.After 10 mints add 2 tbsp oil &(White rum).Simmer in flame till the water evaporated.The chicken readies.

Serve hot with salad,chips,rice or roti.
