Green Garlic And Paneer Paratha

First knead the dough and keep a side for 1/2 hr. Take kneading plate add flour, salt, oil mix it well and add little water and knead soft dough. Add a tsp oil and knead it again. Cover it with samp cloth.

Now for Stuffing: Take a mixing bowl. Add paneer chopped green Garlic, chopped coriander, salt.

Add turmeric powder, chat masala, dry mango powder, red chilli powder. Mix it properly. Stuffing is ready.

Now make equal parts of dough. Make balls out of it. Roll it in dry flour and roll it on flat surface.

Spread the stuffing on whole roll roti. Cut it from one side. And start rolling like a cone.

Roll it like a cone and flat it from the top and make flatten ball.

Flatten with hand and dust the flour and roll it.

Take the griddle/tava on medium flame. Place the Paratha on it. Cooked it from one side and flap it to another side. Put tsp oil. Spread it on whole Paratha.

Roast it properly from both the side.

Serve it with homemade ketchup, achar. Etc. And enjoyyyyyyyyyyyy
