In a large plate add all the ingredients of the dough and knead into smooth dough adding little water at a time. Keep it aside covered

Filling:- Heat oil in a pan add crushed coriander seeds, crushed fennel seeds fry for few mins, add grated ginger saute for a min, add the boiled potatoes and boiled peas mix well

Add jeera powder, chilli powder, amchur powder, garam masala powder and salt and stir fry for few mins.Off the flame. Add coriander leaves. Keep aside to cool

Make small balls of the dough. Roll out the ball into thin chapati about 5 to 6 inch diameter. Cut the circle into two semicircles

Apply little water on the straight side & make a cone. Fill in the potato filling about and seal the cone by applying water at the edges.

Deep fry on medium flame till golden brown. Done
