Ingredients

  1. 1 tspGhee
  2. 1Onion chopped
  3. 1Tomato
  4. 1Green chilli
  5. 1 cupPumpkin chopped
  6. 1 bowlChana daal
  7. to tasteSalt
  8. 1 tspRed chilli powder
  9. 1/2 tspHaldi(Turmeric powder)

Steps

  1. 1

    Add ghee in cooker and fry onion tomato and green chilli

  2. 2

    Add salt, chilli powder and haldi

  3. 3

    Add daal (1 bowl) and chopped ghia(pumpkin) and mix well.

  4. 4

    Add 1 glass water

  5. 5

    Keep it on gas, cooked 3-4 whistle or till cooked well.
