Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 2 cupatta (wheat flour)
  2. 1/2medium bunch fresh fenugreek leaves finely chopped
  3. 1 tbspginger green chilli paste
  4. 1/4 tbspturmeric powder
  5. 1/4 tbspred chilli powder
  6. to tasteSalt
  7. 2 tbspyogurt
  8. as neededoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Tak 2 cup wheat flour in a parat. Add fenugreek leaves, ginger_ green chilli paste, turmeric powder,chilli powder, salt,2 tbsp yogurt and oil and mix well.add water and knead into a semi_ soft dough.

  2. 2

    Heat a tawa. Divide the dough Into equal portions.coat each portion with wheat flour and roll out into thik discs.

  3. 3

    Apply each sheet on hot tawa and roast from both sides till golden brown.basting with some oil.

  4. 4

    Serve hot with chicken curry
